01. What budget should you set aside for a Family Day?: The budget depends on the number of participants, the location, the facilities, the activities, the catering, and the level of supervision. We offer clear options based on your budget.
02. Are you organizing on our site (parking lot, lobby, grounds)?: Yes. We adapt the format to your site (zoning, flow, safety, electricity, weather) and can also suggest an external location if necessary.
03. Should we plan for an alternative in case of rain?: Yes, and we anticipate this: tents, indoor solutions, adaptable activities, and a plan B according to your constraints.
04. Do you manage supervision and safety?: Yes. Reception staff, activity leaders, child supervision, and safety coordination according to the plan.
05. How much time is needed to organize?: Ideally, 4 to 8 weeks depending on the scope. For simpler formats, it is also possible to work faster if the deadline is approaching.
